In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the goods you have purchased and feel that it is necessary to return them please see our returns policy below. This does not effect your statutory rights. If you have an item that is faulty or an item that you did not order, please contact us via email or on 0870 712 2200 as soon as possible for a returns number. If anything else has occurred which has been our fault, please contact us so that we can remedy the problem. We will pick up the goods and either get new goods to you as quickly as possible or arrange a full refund. In the event that you have received goods that you are not happy with, please return the goods in a unopened condition within 14 days of receiving them. You need to pay for the goods to be delivered to us which is not refundable and then we will refund the price you paid for the goods. Please contact us if you plan to return goods so that we can give you a returns number. This will speed up your refund. Please note that we will refund you immediately on all goods received with a return number but sometimes it takes 2-3 days to show on your account. |
